NONDUALITY PART
ONE- THE ZIP ZANG AND ZAP OF IT ALL
What a great
romance, a topic, as one endeavours to look at the books and speakers, the
circuit,- the satsangs and darshans- eastern and western and eastern meets
western and so forth. How interesting the intellectual side and understanding,
- and how full of wonderful energy and at the same time bountiful vacant
essence, - or a Source from which all things stem and blossom and are
continually borne. To resonate with this speaker or that, - this text or that.
Ah. Great! Nonduality. Something that finally explains that full and complete
oneness,-and it is all true, - it is not trying, for the most part, - to sell a
seven step program on how to change yourself or the world! One can veritably
fall in love with non-duality, in a sense- and that is not a sham either-
because it is pointing to the love that is all and everything and nothing and
that the mystics, seers, sages, adepts, and even adrenaline junkies and the rest
all seek. To live in that! - Awakening after awakening. To be ‘informed’ by
this sublime grace. Yes. Yes, yes, and yes.
NONDUALITY- PART
TWO- LISTEN TO YOUR MAMA NOT NO ADVAITA VENDANTA
thumb, a norm. Though subtle, refined, and almost imperceptible, it can become a crutch and a theory, - something that is ‘thought’ or even ‘felt’ and not lived. A true nonduality would forget about nonduality and dive right back into the dualistic world (because that is where we live and find ourselves) - and roll up the old sleeves and help as best we can. We have to give the world ‘the old college try’ as tacky as that may sound. Your mamma and especially your grandmamma, and many others,- didn’t need no fancy words, no teachers talking about ‘nuthin,’ or any of that non-sense.- lol- non-sense/ - No, they just needed to do their best and to do the normal things. That is Zen, that is the eightfold path also- that is before and after and beyond nonduality. Washing the dish…that is enlightenment.
